We are Registered Master Builders. You can be sure that we work only with the best builders in the industry. We will work with you for the whole duration of your project to ensure your dream home is completed to the highest standard.
LICENSED BUILDING PRACTITIONERS
​We are Licensed Building Practitioners (LBPs) and our builders are trade qualified. We are competent to carry out building work essential to the structure of residential building. We build quality homes that comply with the NZ laws.

ARCHITECTURAL BUILD SPECIALIST
With our unique experience and the types of jobs we’ve worked on in the past, we are set up perfectly to specialise in detailed architectural new builds and renovations. Our experience, systems and checklists provide us the most accurate costing in the market and absolute quality control over the workmanship and management of our projects.  
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Our experience and refined systems see that we follow a 268 point quality control checklist, over eight stages of your build. This not only gives you quality assurance but also ensures we maintain our standard of craftmanship and quality driven reputation. 
COMMUNICATION
Our professional and user-friendly systems, that are all accessible from your smart phone, allow us to maintain transparency and provide you with timely updates on your project. We promise to schedule regular meetings during the design, and construction stages. If you have any questions or concerns between these meetings, you can contact our team at any time. We will reply to you within 48 hours. 
COSTING PROCESS
We provide transparent invoices, which include everything listed in the specifications. Our approach to pricing ensures there are no surprises and in the unlikely event of an item being omitted, Dimension Building will rectify the issue at no cost.
