Your Journey Starts Here |
Our mission is to understand the dreams a client has for their home and come up with the best way to achieve them while building longstanding, successful relationships with the clients that we meet.
To achieve our mission we only hire the best of the bunch. Our carpenters have a drive to succeed and see a job finished while exceeding the expectations of our customers. Dimension Building are also committed to offering young people a chance to increase their learning potential through a building apprenticeship. Our apprentices learn their trade on site while their theory learning is done at home and overseen by B.C.I.T.O. By completing an apprenticeship with Dimension Building, your career options could range from an employee to owning your own business, from site foreman to construction company owner. As we are architectural building experts you will finish your apprenticeship with a range of skills that will allow you to read comprehensive architectural plans, build new homes and renovate older ones. Your skills as a carpenter will be both broad and refined. We are a tight knit group that operate like a family. We respect and value each other’s individuality and believe respect is shown not only in how we treat one another but in the quality of our craftsmanship and on-site attitude. We believe in the “play together stay together” motto and group regularly outside of work for bqqs and beers and the odd weekend away. We have an excellent record for retaining our staff, so if you have a genuine passion for this industry, apply now to find out why!!! Why should you work for dimension building?
